Our Learning Model

At Cadet Early Learning Center, we believe in the power of early education for neurodivergent learners. Our innovative approach fosters a love for learning, creativity, and social development from a young age. We embrace each child's unique abilities and provide a nurturing environment where they can thrive.

1

Classroom

Our first tier mimics a typical early learning classroom where children learn in a larger group setting. We utilize a 10:1 student to teacher ratio for the best outcomes!

These classrooms use high-quality, evidence-based curriculum to explore all subjects in accessible modalities.

2

Small Group Classrooms

Some students find larger classrooms overwhelming and do much better in a more focused classroom setting. Our second tier is perfect for these learners!

We use a 4:1 ratio and help these learners develop skills to thrive in larger educational settings.

3

Individual Support

Our final tier is for learners who benefit from focused support. We have highly-trained instructors who work 1:1 on reducing barriers to learning and teach valuable skills to help prepare for the next tier.

Specialist Support

Our facility works with providers in behavior analysis (ABA), speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychiatry to provide medically necessary care throughout the day.

We also work with insurance companies and regional centers to cover the cost of specialist services.

We focus on holistic development, incorporating sensory activities, communication strategies, and individualized learning plans to support each child's cognitive and emotional growth. Our programs integrate various sensory experiences and promote self-regulation, social interaction, and language development.

Our inclusive learning environment celebrates diversity and encourages collaboration. We provide specialized support and accommodations to ensure that every child can participate fully in all activities, fostering a sense of belonging and self-confidence.

We believe in strong partnerships with parents, valuing their insights and contributions to their child's learning journey. Our open communication channels and collaborative approach enable families to be actively involved in their child's progress and educational experiences.

Our individualized curriculum is designed to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent learners. We tailor learning experiences, therapies, and interventions to optimize each child's potential and ensure meaningful progress in cognitive, motor, and social skills.
